Troubleshoot Web Page Rendering on Load Issue

Our new Magento shopping site has a problem loading certain pages. It happens on all browsers, all platforms. When a product-listing page is loaded, and if the user hurries the load, by scrolling down, for example, elements are rendered out of alignment, as shown on the attached image file. If the page is refreshed, the problem always clears up. It is not a Magento issue, per se. Seems to me more like a javascript/load sequence issue. Anyway, I haven't been able to figure it out and, therefore , need some help. I am looking for a freelancer who can look at this problem and tell me right away what it is, and what I need to change to fix it. url: [login to view URL]

actually the issue is that your site is unable to fetch javascript components such as jquery. Just downoad the file and add it to your website js folder. If the problem still persists, use a preloader
