Wanted Single Page Website Template

Hi, I want a single page html template with frames. My objective is to have a vertical dhtml menu on the left frame. When a link is clicked, the centre frame shows the desired page. The logo on the top too would remain the same. Therefore i need the following: 1) The template 2) The dhtml menu on the left (links & text of which can be edited). 3) dynamic buttons on the top frame (links & text of which can be edited). This page would be used for an elearning repository. So please design the template accordingly. I would require a jpeg sample before we proceed with the project. Payment Terms: 1) 20% escrow upfront 2) 30% escrow upon completion on your server. 3) 50% AFTER delivery. Budget: MAX $50.
