Web Designer to create templates

I am looking for a good website designer who can create html layouts for me on a permanent basis. Work will be regular and I would expect the website designer to create a layout for the website and once approved by the client slice the layout into html. You will be working along side me, I am a computer programmer. The bid price for this job will be the price you will do each template / layout for. Please PMB examples of your work. I will only accept a bid from someone that sends me some examples of their work.
