Website Re-Design & Integration

We've re-designed our site a few times on the fly, and are now in the process of finally testing those crucial elements. Once the landing page tests are completed, we are looking for someone to take the basic winning look, maybe tweak if and proliferate the look throughout the website, so everything looks cohesive. Work will most likely begin in June, but I need to get some bids before the end of April. Also, this is a 2 step process, because we'd like to get an idea of what your "vision" is for the rework first, (step one) and then do the work later ( step 2).
