Simple Win32 Application to update 1 field in Sybase SQL Database and create report on changes

We need an app that a user can change a specific field (Balance) within a specific table ([login to view URL]) of an existing Sybase SQL Database (Sybase v5 via existing ODBC connection). Currently we can do this using SQL script but we need to make it simple for non IT literate people. However, we also need to track changes for reporting purposes. We need to see : * who made the change (from [login to view URL]) * what time/date the change was made * what MemberID from [login to view URL] was changed * what new amount was entered into [login to view URL] The change logs can be added to a new table within the database so we can query them for reports ## Deliverables I envisage 3 screens: Login --> which queries from table [login to view URL] and requires username(email) & password match. It should also only allow access to employees where field seclevel >= 75 Search Member Form (queries [login to view URL]) --> Which allows to search by fields First Name or Last Name and select member record Edit Form --> This form will show First Name, Last Name, Card Number and AmountDue fields. The only editable field should be [login to view URL] and any changes made to this field should be saved and updated to Log.
