Macintosh OSX QuickTime project

Create a MAC OSX application with the following specifications:- 1. Allow the user to select a picture file from any location on their computer. The picture file format can be anything the MAC accepts (PNG, JPG, etc) 2. Automatically resize the loaded picture to a preset size (640*480) or the closest resolution to it while still respecting the aspect ratio of the picture. 3. Allow the user to type text that gets layered on top of the picture. 4. Save the picture file which has the text imposed on it in png format. 5. Generate a QuickTime movie which has the picture that was selected earlier, and preset mp3 files. There could be a number of audio files. 6. This app must be designed and coded for Apple MAC App Store approval. 7- More details to be given when a bid is accepted and work starts. 8- You have a choice of using mono\C#\Objective C\ or C\C++, but if possible use a language that allows easy portability to other operating systems (Windows, etc).
