Visual Basic 2008: Code to get unique number from PC required.

I have a visual basic 2008 application and I want to add some code to it to lock it to the users computer (i.e only one install will be allowed). Your task: to give me code that can be incorporated into my application that will accomplish this. The code shoud work on Windows 2000/NT/Vista/Win 7 (also Win 7 64 bit). It should work even if the user doesn't have administrator privileges. This is somehting I need done quickly, so you should be able to work on it as soon as I approve your bid.
