415315 Wordpress customizations

I have many clients that need a lot of different wordpress customization. I am looking for a wordpress pro's that will be able to handle many of my projects! Requires extensive experience with Wordpress, its different widgets and ability to make any type of customization! Please review the theme itself, look at the code, css, etc to make sure you know what it will take to make these chances and how long it will take. This project will be for [login to view URL] blog Want to take this theme [login to view URL] and customize it. Here are the changes required. The 3rd column on the home page consists of banners. Add one more 300x250 banner and move the meta down. Make sure that all banners are perfectly lined up! Need to add a widget for pagination at the bottom of each page so viewers can view previous posts. When a picture is clicked on, it takes you to the post. I want 2 banners 729x90 each to be inserted between the navigation and the beginning of the post. The post title should be moved to be under the banners and before the post. Post should be aligned in the middle. The category list on the right, should start under the third banners. Currently on the post, under the first picture, on the left hand side there is information about the post. I want to remove it from there and it needs to be moved under the last picture of the post! Need to install nextgen and set it up so all the pictures on the post will look nicely and uniform and easy to view. On the left hand side of the post, I want to be able to put widgets that will show 160x600 banners etc. I also want the option to put widgets under the pictures on the posts page before the comments section. I assume I can remove the comments section within the theme panel. One of the banners from the home page need to be an email gathering widget where the visitor chooses to signup and receive a free ebook! These emails need to be stored in a way that we can easily notify them of each post. Need a widget that will appear right below each post for viewers to vote as thumbs up or thumbs down and one that will show the most popular posts on the home page. Need a widget at the end of each story that will give the viewer the option of emailing the story to a friend. Want to be able to collect and store all these emails into a list that I can send faxes to! Need to add a widget for people to click on and be able to go to the twitter account or vote for dig or reddit or stambleupon, etc. Once we have the absolute final project done, I want all the files, widgets, databases, etc to be copied and create 5 other blogs that will be identical. In addition change each wordpress cpanel to be unique to 5 new url's that will be supplied. The idea is that the owners want to have a total of 6 blogs that will look identical but they will load different pictures on each and each will have a completely different url. Additional minor adjustments to the look after all changes will be made to make sure it looks great!
