I'm currently facing a frustrating issue with my custom WordPress plugin designed for Tests/Exams. It's intended to facilitate seamless test taking, but a glitch is causing questions to disappear random With no discernible pattern or triggers identified, this intermittent problem demands a skilled troubleshooter who can dive in and resolve the issue effectively. A previous freelancer developed a custom plugin for the tests and questions/answers. The questions/answers are created separately then stored into tests. So more than one test can be linked to the same question/answer. Some tests randomly drop questions, but the questions still exist and can be re-mapped. There is no pattern or method that causes this drop, it is completely random. Sometimes one test will drop a few questions. Sometimes multiple tests will drop 30+ questions each. I need this bug fixed permanently.
