Local Business Directory

We are looking to have a local directory for our town of Parker, Colorado USA. We would like to include as many categories of business as possible as well as possibly local government , schools, etc. But mostly businesses. Restaurants, auto repair, lawyers, trash pickup, markets, rentals, real estate, dentists, chiropractors, etc. We want a nice clean layout to display the categories with a link to each results page with info and maps as per Google Places, Maps and Reviews. Each individual listing could have their own popup. We would like to use a Wordpress theme and page builder like Elementor and if you have a plugin to do the job, that is great. We also want a header showing a large image of the town and that can rotate. We also need to promote our own business and some feeds like from FB pages, Chamber of Commerce, Town events, etc. on the pages. Perhaps a side bar is best. We also would like to be able to spotlight some businesses using a lightbox ad or similar and place to add a video or podcast for viewing or listening. We tried WPlocalPlus without success. The directory should be able to keep updated. Once the template is finalized and functional, we would like to duplicate it for other adjacent towns with their local business listings. Eventually we would have 6 local town directories. So, this could keep you busy for a bit. If you have experience with this and can show us some examples, that would be preferred.
