POC Needed for GITSharp using C# .NET VS2010

This is a very simple project, what I would to have created is a Windows Application written in C# using Visual Studio 2010 and using the latest version GitSharp The Windows App will simple allow me to give the name of the GIT server, create repository, create a new project assign a user to that project in one simply to use form. as well as delete the project and repository. The solution should also include unit test that can be run to test the methods used in the windows application using MSTest. Developer Must Know How To Use GIT and SVN for this project PAYMENT: 10% escrow once you win. 40% escrow when you show first full demo 30% escrow and will RELEASE the payment once approve. the last 20% after release a 1 day later for bugs fixed.
