Xero has an add-on called Xero Projects, which is where I record my time on certain Projects and Tasks. Xero knows my hourly rate and calculates my 'unbilled time'. First, I want to get my Clients, their invoice history, and unbilled time into a spreadsheet. Then, I want the ability to drag my unbilled time into different months (say as a columns). The idea being that I look at the current month, and decide what to invoice, or to drag the unbilled time to another column. I want to get this data into a spreadsheet, or similar looking program.
