Adapt PCB from Eagle to KiCAD and increase performance from current 80A to 200A with peaks of 400A (specify heatsink for the design). Theoretically, used MOSFETs (FDMT80080DC, two in parallel) should be capable to handle 200A requested currents if they are cooled properly, but heatsink must be calculated. Also the Würth press-fit elements are already capable to handle 200A in theory. Probably it would be more safe to redesign the board for more MOSFETs in parallel. In addition to that, the board should be produced with thicker copper plating, currently only done 70µm.

We have a small prototype circuit (~30 components) based on the ATtiny85 designed in KiCAD and prototyped using a Digispark. Major functionality is incoming power conversion (75v -> 5v), incoming voltage measurement, and current dump into a resistor network controlled by the ATtiny. Project scope is development of a BOM of SMD components based on the schematic and layout of a two-layer PCB. The current PCB has been reversed engineered in China, so the circuit diagram, PCB layout and BOM will be provided (in a ancient Eagle version). The PIC or microprocessor used, is the ST6210/HWD. It's no longer in production, but I've got sufficient overstock available and can program the device myself. So out of scope for this project. At least 2 PCB switches and a crystal oscillator are nog longer in production. Availablity of every component needs to be checked for sourcing and production purposes for the next 10 years. I've worked on fairly simple PCB design but nothing complex a while ago , to my understanding being someone from embedded design this should not take more than 2-3 hours, this is a benchmark work and I have follow up works in complex pcb designs. We are in need to have a complex high speed high performance digital board. You will need to bring this board from schematic review through to gerber generation. We will need an NDA before going into further details. Must be experienced with high speed serial interfaces. Must be experienced with KICAD.
I need to reverse engineer a PCB into a schematic. Ideally, I need the schematic in Kicad but just a plain schematic image would be ok. I have attached photos of both sides of the PCB and more images can be provided if required. There is no need to match up the component values (resistors etc) as I can do that after. I can provide a list of the SMD components (they are mainly both NPN & PNP transistors). Ideally, the schmatic needs arranging logically so that it can be easily understood and adapted.
