Add Megaupload cgi script to current upload form

I run a site where users can create accounts and upload pictures. Currently our users upload with a basic php form, and when the upload is finished it writes some details to a mysql database. I would like to have someone install the open source MegaUpload bar ([login to view URL]) on my site and interface it with the our current php script. I have seen other sites do this so I know it's possible. We could also use some additional error handling built into the current PHP script outside of the uploading, but that could be a seperate job.
