SDWB is directly managed by National Justice Council Trust (NJC), which envisions a Constitutional Fair, Constructive and Developed India, free from Violence, Poverty, Injustice, Oppression and Environmental Devastation. NJC Management is a group of administrative and constitutional experts, who have vast experience of working in various government and non-government bodies/institutions.
