Make a pre-loader and modify game

Hello, I am a soon-to-be website owner, my website is all about online flash games, the site offers cheats to online games. Basically, game players who find it hard to play their favorite online games can come to my site and use the cheats in the game to help complete them. Capiche? I want you to create a custom preloader for my site and cheat the games. This is not a final project, I am just requesting for a quotation so that I may know how much am I going to need for this. Now this is a not urgent, you don't have to finish it all at the same time, you will submit it per week preferably Sunday. You will take your time as I don't want to compromise the quality. You will provide me all the files, yes the source files. I want to know how much do you offer per game. This will be a continuous project and if I like your work I might even hire you to supply me game cheats full time.
