Job Requirement
• Should have 8-10 years of experience in Compensation.
• Postgraduate degree in Human Resources/equivalent
• Relevant experience in Global payroll management, compensation and wage structure, people management, Employment law
• Strong communication skills, liaise with Finance team and internal stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong in Excel
• Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability.
• Action-oriented and results-driven.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Design and manage compensation practices and bonus programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
• Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation about pay equity.
• Support the cost budgeting exercise.
• Design and use dashboards and reports to gain insights in to effectiveness of reward practices.
• Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
• Review our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
• Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
• Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications
• Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data
