I need help. Let me be more honest - I need a lot of help. My business is exploding! While the explosive growth is fun and exciting, it's also a bit overwhelming. I need someone who is capable of sharing the burden. A born problem solver who doesn't shy away from hard work and actually seeks out opportunities to assume responsibility. Someone who doesn't always need to be told "how" to do something. They're willing to just figure it out. Really, I want someone who is more of an entrepreneur than an employee! The ideal candidate: - Impeccable written and spoken English - Top 1% in the world for problem solving - Dedicated, dutiful, proactive, and conscientious - Never lets a ball drop, never misses a detail - Doesn't mind doing a very large variety of work - Works hard, works fast, works smart - Actually ENJOYS hard work and going the extra mile - Super tech-savvy - Always working to improve and grow Here's why you DON'T want this job: - You have to work my hours (I'm in Sacramento, CA). I need to be able to get a hold of you quickly, include you in meetings, and get your help with urgent items in real-time. I realize the late shift isn't for everyone and totally respect that. For this role, it's a prerequisite. - This is going to be a hard job. I'm going to expect a lot out of you. You'll need to work hard, fast, and smart. I don't want someone who hears that and thinks "Maybe I'm up for that." I want someone who hears that and gets excited by it. This isn't a "check in/check out" type of position. I'm looking for those rare types that actually love their work so much they think about it in the shower! In return, you'll be challenged with more growth opportunities than you've ever had in any other job. - You're going to do some grunt work. You're probably going to do a lot of fun work too! But it'll span the spectrum. The truth is, you're going need to be able to do whatever it is that's required at the time. If you're the type of person that needs a job description, this role isn't for you. If I haven't scared you off yet...
