Online Data Entry Service Project - repost 2

Our Client have introduced the online data entry services project recently and currently searching for professional centers to outsource. The project our client is currently running is basically online submission forms; Client will be providing the data on daily basis to the qualified [login to view URL], Client has set the requirements for the qualified centers which need to be followed in order to run the project successfully. The following requirements are: 1. Must have 10 data entry operators, must be experienced. 2. Data entry operators must clean the cookies & history after each entry, otherwise entry won’t be counted. (SOFTWARE CAN BE USE FOR THIS) 3. Daily targets should be covered & submitted within the same day otherwise client will lower centers payout for that specific day according to what centers has been offered. 4. Outsourced center not be allowed to re-outsource to third party center. Be Aware of that, if it came to our knowledge potential center will be dismissed from the agreement without any compensation. We are not responsible for that act. If centers can fulfill the above requirements then we can hand over the project. if centers failed to follow the above requirements client won’t be responsible for any circumstances. Daily reports will be sending to qualified centers on board. Client will be giving out the data which will be delivered from excel to online submission forms. Clients has clearly set high expectation for centers to fulfill the targets within the same day because its purchased data can be wasted if it’s not have been uploaded on timely manner. If it wasted then clearly centers will be responsible for the prior act. Therefore, Client is charging 3000 USD upfront fee for this project and requesting to centers to fulfill your responsibilities, in terms of hiring experienced agents, quality control, tracking entries on daily basis. If center fail to complete the work on time $1 penalty will charge against each form.
