Hello sir,I've read the project description and i will like to share how I will go about designing your circuit,first I will select a proper controller chip that will take care of implementing all the buttons and temperature measurements,I intend to use a thermocouple that can handle around 1000°© , basically the design will be made simple with 3 buttons named start/stop ,up,down to set your desired temperature .I will also include an LCD screen to monitor the status of the timings. I have over 10 years experience in electronics and embedded systems and I have designed and built projects similar to this.i will deliver all necessary and required files on project completion together with additional support on assembly or any modifications.
