Hi, As your PCB section I have designed a similar PCB for NRF52840. There is an open source PCB design for the NRF52840 module provided by Nordic itself. we can use it as our starting point. As your software development section, I have experience with different RTOSs including ZephyrRTOS which is supported by Nordic as its main RTOS.
