Need an anti spam filter that filter all the incoming emails , the following way:
(I use multiple email addresses and I want to be filtered independently. I have multiple domain names and all domains and email addresses are in the same hosting server account)
- Return an email to all unregistered senders, using re-captcha with each company's logo, to verify it's coming from a human. See picture Re-Captcha email.png. Logo and comany name will change depending the domain.
- If i'ts coming from a human, put the sender address in the "Safe List" and allow to hit my inbox of that particular address.
- If not, put it in a separate temporary inbox "Not Verified Inbox", and leave it there until I review them and sent them manually to the "Rejected List" or to the "Safe List", and move it to the "Rejected Inbox" or allo it to hit my inbox.
- If an address is already in the "Safe List", allow me to manually add the address to the "Rejected List" and send the email to the "Rejected Inbox" if needed.
- Any email coming from an address in the "Safe List" will be allowed to hit my inbox of that particular email address.
- Any email coming from an address in the "Rejected List" will be leaved in the "Rejected Inbox", to review and move if needed.
- Allow me to delete any email from the "Rejected Inbox".
- Any email coming from an unknown address will be leaved in the "Unverified Inbox", until the SENDER (replying to the re-captcha emal) or MYSELF, move it to the "Safe List" and allow it to hit my particular Inbox.
- Allow me to enter manually addreses to the "Safe List" or "Rejected List"
Allow me to do the same as above for domain names with the exception of:
- There wil not be a replying re-captcha email for human verification
- I will be the only allowed to enter and remove domain names to the "Safe Domain List" and "Rejected Domain List"
- Any email coming from a domain in the "Safe Domain List" will be allowed to hit my particular inbox.
- Any email coming from a domain in the "Rejected Domain List" will be leaved in the "Rejected Inbox" to review and move if needed.
- Ther WILL NOT be a "Unverified DOMAIN Inbox".
- Allow me to send a sender to the "Rejected List" or to the "Rejected Domain List" with a click of a button, sending that email to the "Rejected Inbox" and/or also, sending the domain to the "Rejected Domain List"
Previously I was using SpamArrest, I want pretty much that. See pictures SA [login to view URL] & SA 2.jpg. SpamArrest is good but not a 100% fit for my needs. I want my own Spam Arrest.
Last thing, as you can see in the pictures SA [login to view URL] & SA [login to view URL], the colums can be sorted A-Z or Z-A with a click in the column header and there will be a search button to search domain and addresses list, Subject fields and/or emails body text, even with partial text.
My emails addresses can be POP3 or IMAP. I use emails in my own domains (name @[login to view URL], name @[login to view URL], name @[login to view URL], etc)
Unlimited email addresses can be create in my host account if needed. Also a new domain can be bought.
