Virtual Assistent to extract information from 360 PDFs to an Excel file

I have 360 PDF files that are articles from a academic conference, and need a Virtual Assistant to help me extracting some information from each of then and filling a Excel table with then. You have an example here attached, and the XLS that have to be filled. Somethings have to be observed, for example. When copying the Introduction, remove all references from it (that are the numbers like this ¹ or ²). Should also fix line breaks, so the information stays in a single paragraph, and not in a lot of broken lines. The "page number" column is the page that particular article would be if all PDFs were in a single file. And the person should also have Acrobat Pro and remove the extra-pages that are not from the academic article, but left by the authors from the original template.
