I need an Excel Spreadsheet that shows the true yield on a loan portfolio: Loan Amount (Amount that monthly payments are calculated upon) Loan Origination Fee (An amount that is charged to the loan. Not loaned out but included in loan balance). Loan Date (Date loan is originated). Portfolio Balance (Amount of Outstanding Loans). Payment Date (Date payments are due). Monthly Payments (Amount of the monthly payment returned on the loan and removed from the portfolio balance). I want to be able to see the yield in APR at any given period of time. Need this in 24 hours and will pay $30.00.
