This project is for a Complete Re-Build (from the ground up) of an existing Web Site ([login to view URL]). The Site presently offers downloadable manuals and is set up for payment by pay-pal. Want this site to have the combined look and feel of various poker and gambling sites for which I am an affiliate. Want affiliate banners on all pages of the site. Want payment for Download of Manuals set up for Pay Pal or free with activation of an account with any of the affiliates. Want Site to be SEO. Want a small space on each page for custom content. Want an Admin panel allowing easy adding and deleting of Manuals, Banners, and Content. Successful bidder will be given cpanel access to site during construction and all required banners and affiliate code.
