Project to design a bingo game. [3][9]. 1st col 1-10, 2nd 11-20 .... 9th col 81-90. Total of random 15 balls in the 27 box card. 100 balls to choose from, rand no repeats. Game must be saved and accessible again. 2-6 players.(will be told before the game) Language is C, on visual studio.

Sound simple enough, but is there a GUI involved? If so this is outside the budget range. Also, there are only 9 columns of 10 numbers each, but 100 balls to select from leaving a 1 in 10 chance that a selected ball won't be held by any player.
