Finish programming a game client in Perl

I need someone to work on a Opensource game client in Perl. I have had several people start the project and then abandon it so i will NOT be releasing milestones till it is satisfactory. Basicly the project is to create a gui client for a multiuser game storing data in a database and coding parsing of data. Do not bid over $200 or i will not select you! If you dont think you can do it for $200 do not bid... The GUI is implemented in Glade. Please review it and let me know if you are interested.
