Venue Hiring Services Website.

Brief: I’m starting a online services site that connects Event Hosting venues with potential clients. Event Hosting venues can post their venue up on the website by registering on the website, with details about the venue, facilities they provide and photos Potential clients can search through the website by looking at potential venues by entering their postcode/zip code or their suburb. I would like it to operate in a similar way to Airbnb. From there, they can make a payment online direct to the event hosting venue, whilst I get a commission from the sale. The landing page I would like to have a Background Video like Airbnb. The search results page of Airbnb I would like to replicate with the map of the listed businesses on the side of the page and list on the opposite side. I would need three types of sign ups – Company registering their venue/services business, the customer and admin being myself. Also on the site I will have services to compliment the venue hiring website. There will be 5 tiles on the main landing page with the same type of operation as the registering of the venue. The tiles will be- -Need Food Catering? -Need Drinks? -Need Music? -Need Security? -Need Photography? When you click one of these tiles you are led to a search results full of supporting businesses in that field. From their potential customers can filter by area, postcode etc Certain businesses in these fields that can provide one of these services can also register on the site. They will have the option of a flat fee or per hour when charging potential clients upon registration of their business. Same as before, I will take a commission upon the final sale. Businesses also need to be able to have a calender option when they register business on the site to show customers when they are available and when they’re not. To summarise 6 Types of businesses can register on the site - Businesses that can provide Venues - Businesses that can provide Food Catering - Businesses that can provide Drinks - Businesses that can provide Music - Businesses that can provide Security - Businesses that can provide Photography These bottom 5 supportive businesses will need to be able to have the ability to customise their info they list and their rates ie drinks package 1 = $50 , drinks package 2 = $60 so multiple fields would need to be created. They will need some sort of free text when listing. Admin will need to review these as well In terms of customers registrating their details, would like a quick sign up system for them with basic contact info. With payment I would like Credit Card to be enabled, not a fan of Paypal. Would also like the ability of businesses that put up their venue to be hired out, with the Bond would like the business to be able to refund back to the client once they are satisfied with the venues cleanliness. Would also like customers and businesses to be able to give reviews/star rating on the site to each other I would like to have some analytics of the website traffic of where it’s coming from etc Site also needs to be secure from hackers and compatible with mobile and to have some sort of CAPTCHA to prevent fake accounts being registered. Please list websites that are built similar to what I’m requesting. For me to consider your proposal please quote “FRIENDS” as the code word so that I know that you have read my brief in full.
