Hi there, Understood the requirements. I would provide a fully functional app with simple and responsive design. The code would be clean and commented, easy to expand and maintain. I would code in PHP/MySQL (CodeIgniter framework). Users will be able to register/log in (I can include facebook login as well) Users can list their property/hall which they would like to loan, with pictures, price, description, facilities, etc.. Users can search for listed properties to rent and can do that online. I can integrate PayPal to accomplish that. There would be some static pages (contact, FAQ, etc..) which I'm happy to do for you. Let me know if I have left anything out or if you would like me to clarify anything regarding the technologies I'd be using or anything else.
