Search for 150 Specific Sites, Find their Emai & Send Email

I will provide a set of keywords. You will search the internet and find blogs and sites that meet the following criteria, and then either find their contact page or email address: 1- They must have a PR of at least 2. 2- No more than five links on home page pointing out. I will provide an email address and a standard text that will have one area that has to be customized according to PR value of the site. List sites/blogs, search term used, PR Value, Number of Links pointing out, and email address or contact page URL in a spreadsheet. You will send the customized email or post the text in their contact page. I need 150 of these emails sent. That’s it!
