simple Sympian Program/Script for Nokia

Let me break this done in a nutshell. I need a program/scrip that can capture Longitude and Latitude information from a text message on my Nokia N97 phone, After it captures the information, it would then plot them Nokia maps and then get the Country, State, city, street name or highway of the corresponding co-ordinate, then the script would reply the sender via an online bulk messaging system. I would really appreciate someone that has experience with this type of work, and if you have done something similar before include it in your PM and elaborate on the type of work.
