OPENCART 3 - Option stock manager extension cause duplicated product options

I have opencart shop, with 3 languages. I hav ealso installed Option Stock Manager extension, but it does not work ok. All of my products options, for example if I have product in BLACK (stock 2) and WHITE(stock 2), are now duplicated for each language, and stock qty is now 6 for every color. If i disable Option stock manager plugin, everything works ok. I need Opencart expert to look at what the problem is.
