This county fair program is needed by a client whom I don contract work for, however, I do not program, so I need someone to code this for me. They currently use a 10 year old dos program to do what the need to do. The program takes a static amount of money (I believe $1500) each year and totals up how much money each kid with projects in the fair is to receive, based on how many entries they have, what categories they are in, etc. I have a spec sheet that contains all of the values needed for the program. The client needs to be able to enter kids naames, enter in what categories they have entered projects in, and to enter in what color ribbon they got on that project (white, red, or blue). they also need to be able to print the information at various stages (i.e. print pages out of all contestants in each category so that the judges can judge the entries). Pretty simple program, and I have all formulas needed. If interested please contact me asap through this website! Serious, quality coders only please. Thanks, Sean

## Platform
This program needs to be able to run on windows 95/98/2000/xp/me. I'm not sure which OS's they use, but I know they do have some old computers and some new ones. If it's a great deal of work to make a universal exe for this program to run on all windows environments, we can work out something else.
