Custom Alexa Toolbar Install

I need an alexa toolbar script that will detect alexa toolbar users. I posted a similar project yet I haven't found a worker who can complete script. I need script completed in about 7 days no later. Script must record ip of alexa toolbar users, alexatoolbar user id, country, time of visit and duration. If I have left anything out I will let you know. I must be able to export results in txt or csv format. Must keep clear communication to win project and must create script so that we both can test before I release milestone.
