MVC quote/order module

I need someone to develop a quote/order module so we can integrate it into a larger project developed on codeigniter, so I need you to develop the Model, Controller and Views. You may use basic html design based on twitter bootstrap (preferable version 2). Requirements: - Although no fancy or specific HTML design needed, the views must be user friendly and neat. - You may use AJAX, but keep it to a minimum. Consider it only when necessary to improve usage. - 2 choices, create a quote or an order. If a quote is created it, it needs to have the option to convert it into an order afterwards. - Only certaing users will be able to create quotes/orders. I'll let you know. - It will pull data from clients table, products table, users table, users groups table. These tables may pull data from 1 or 2 other tables, mostly using JOINS. - I will provide all the need tables mentioned above (clients, products, users, etc). - You will need to create the necessary tables for this with fields I'll provide. You may suggest new fields for improvement. - The orders will need to be monitored, so, once approved, the order will be assign to the corresponding user group to work on it, only that group will be able to handle its current status until assigned to another group. Another "supervising" group may alter its status. - The orders will need to keep track of the time spent assigned to each group. - Products will have prices assigned, but the order/quote must include an override price option. - Clients will have discounts assigned (%), so the order/quote needs to take that % into account when totaling. The order/quote must include an override discount option. - It must include an option whether to apply or not tax to the total amount. - Some users are not supposed to be able to see any costs/totals. This will be handled by the user groups table I will provide to you. - The quotes/orders must keep track of the client. - The quotes/orders must be able to be edited and/or deleted by certain users only. - Orders status will be something like "open, closed, delayed, cancelled" handled by a statuses database table. - Quotes status will be something like "generated, sent, declined, approved" handled by a statuses database table. - Quotes/Orders must be able to be sent to the client in PDF format. - Quotes/Orders must be able to be exported in PDF format. - Table to check all orders, table to check all quotes. These are the most basic requirements, more may come and we can discuss budget if necessary. I'll be handling the integration to our main project, but I may need your help if something comes up. I can provide an example of model and controller for you to see how the current code is structured and make the integration easier. I can provide also html template (bootstrap) used if you need it as well as access to the main system so you can get its look and feel. Remember, I will provide the following table structures and data examples, they are already designed and working: - Clients - Products - Users - User groups You must design the tables to be used to handle the information created by the quotes/orders.
