BUDGET set is just a placeholder ------------------------------------------- The app will need an administration panel to provide some of the app content. We may take care of the development of the admin panel based on PHP/MySQL or you can develop it as well if we see it fit. So we would need a lot of coordination. App requirements: - iOS and Android (native desireable) - Nice graphic design. - Display team news pulled from an already built MySQL database (team website) - Display team roster and individual player information (picture, name, stats, etc) pulled from database (aforementioned admin panel). - Display season calendar. Information pulled from aforementioned admin panel. - Display ad banners. Pulled from aforementioned admin panel. - Display all league teams stats. This information will have to be read from XML files already provided by the league. - Display live boxscores, lineups, graphic field (for men on bases), man at bat and pitcher information (only for the team). - Push notifications for score updates (all teams). - Play caracteristic sound (baseball related) when user switches from one view to another (enable/disable). - No login required. - Help to submit app to markets desireable The app needs to be in spanish, we can take care of the translation. As mentioned, we are planning to build the admin panel ourselves based on PHP/MySQL so the app can pull the information from the database. If you have a better idea and you think it would be best for you to take care of the admin panel development as well please tell us about it. In this case it would be best to provide a budget without you developing the admin panel and one budget for all. We can discuss further details once you bid in case you feel you need more information.
