Add Facebook and Twiiter to Wordpress

Hello, For this project I am looking to add a Facebook and Twitter logo to my wordpress blog. I have designed the Facebook and Twitter logos myself to better suit the design of my blog. Requirements: 1) The logos must be placed in areas illustrated in the attached image. 2) Logos must link to designated Facebook and Twitter accounts 3) Logos (.png) must be placed in a pre designated folder on my server so that should I decide to later change the logo it will be as easy as replacing the image on my server.
