Fix Link Errors on 2 new Open Cart Stores

Here are the errors: 1. Order History links do not link to the Order History page in .fr [login to view URL] when the local language is chosen for a customer who is registered and logged in. It links correctly in .com and in .fr and .de when English is chosen. 2. On .de and .fr on the My Account Page the word "Wish List" appear in French or German even when English is chosen. Change it back to "Wish List" when English is chosen but keep it in French or German when those languages are chosen. 3. The Returns link on the My Account page links to the wrong page on all 3 sites. To show what the correct link should be: The Returns link on the bottom bar links to the correct page. 4. All the bad links are also bad on the Site Plan page. Because of problems I have had with this in the past I will only create a milestone once the project has been completed to my satisfaction and all the errors corrected.
