As an expanding business within the fashion and entertainment recruitment industry, I'm seeking an experienced telemarketer to drive our growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate 30 HIGH-QUALITY qualified leads per day through effective cold calling - Name of point of contact, direct email address, etc.
- Focus on fashion and music sector businesses during lead generation in multiple cities (London, Amsterdam, Berlin, Milan, Madrid, Paris, New York, Los Angeles.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in cold calling and lead generation.
- Has a clear understanding of the fashion sector.
- Proven track record in meeting lead generation targets.
- Perfect spoken English.
We will provide details of the types of businesses that you should target in each city (target lists too), as well as an outline and clear understanding of the service we provide (Intern recruitment). You can then use our scripts, or work from your own to secure leads.
The businesses we want to target are located across many cities so you should be able to spread your time across these timezones to be effective.
We are looking to hire someone starting tomorrow, with leads being delivered at the end of each work day for us to follow up on the following day, and by email the same evening.
This is an ongoing project for at least the next 2-4 weeks, so please only bid if you will be available to start tomorrow, and dedicate sufficient time to deliver our goals.
Your application should detail your background and success in cold calling, along with the strategies you've used to generate leads in the past. Proven experience in this field is a must. You do not need to have fashion or musing business experience, but must be a proven lead generator.

I will consider bids from agencies, but only if the agency, will provide direct access to the candidates before we hire, as we will only hire once we speak directly to the freelancer that will be assigned the job.
