I have 8 years Customer Service which also includes Customer Retention experience. My previous job includes but not limited to answering inbound calls, providing resolutions to customers concerns thru calls and emails, process cancellations and refunds, creating tickets, answering general and product-related questions, doing outbound calls for follow up, basic troubleshooting and up-selling. And since I was also part of the leadership, I also took escalated calls and have done administrative tasks.
