My degree is in psychology and linguistics from UCLA, and after getting my BA I moved back to Sweden and worked as an in-house translator and research assistant at a medical research and rehabilitation clinic in Gothenburg, Sweden for 7 years. One of my main responsibilities was to translate their scientific articles for publication from Swedish to English, and to prepare them for publishing in various medical/scientific journals such as The Lancet and the Journal of Psychosomatic Medicine.
I have extensive experience authoring, proof reading and translating scientific articles, books (both fiction and non-fiction) and web content.
I currently work out of my home in Croatia where I moved to live a life with horses, special needs children and nature. This enables me to control my own time and to be able to guarantee that dead lines are met.
In addition to being a native Swedish and English speaker, I am also fluent in Croatian and passable in French.
