Sophisticated research project about US elections and candidates

We offer a product that provides tremendous upside and opportunities to nearly every candidate who is running for public office in the United States. To be able to market to these candidates we are looking for someone who is very comfortable with the United States political system and how our elections work. We would need you to 1. Identify and list in an Excel spreadsheet all upcoming Election dates (for the next 3 years) for any metropolitan city over 500,000 inhabitants, all statewide elections, all county-wide elections and of course all nationwide elections. 2. Compile a list of ALL the names and detailed contact information of all candidates for each of these elections. We need to be able to send each and every of those candidates an email introducing our service to them.
