Looking for an assistant to coordinate with house rental tenants to understand the potential fixes needed for the home rental, source qualified vendors to check the problems, get repair estimate quotations, and provide them to me to confirm it. Once confirmed, to coordinate with the vendor, tenant and potentially a property manager to fix it and ensure everything is done as expected and to everyone's satisfaction. I own several properties are in Atlanta Georgia and repair projects, big or small, usually occur once every 1 - 2 months. None are major repairs usually so this shouldn't be too difficult a task and gets easier as you find reliable vendors to repair the issues. This is regular work since I am looking for a long term assistant to help with my ever-growing portfolio of properties in the US. However, the key is if you can work during US Central time zone.
