Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are a dynamic marketing agency looking for a skilled virtual assistant to work directly with the owner of the company. As a personal virtual assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and miscellaneous support to the owner, including managing their schedule, responding to emails, conducting research, creating reports, and completing other tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Manage the owner's schedule and coordinate appointments
Respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of the owner
Conduct online research and provide summaries of findings
Create reports and presentations using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
Perform data entry tasks, including updating spreadsheets and databases
Assist with project management tasks, including setting up and maintaining project management software
Manage social media accounts and create posts as directed
Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents and scheduling appointments
Requirements:
**Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
(Everything else is secondary)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficient in using Google Suite
Familiarity with project management software
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Availability to work communicate during regular business hours (9am - 5pm CST)
