I am looking for a virtual assistant to help me with my real estate brokerage business. The main responsibility of this role will be answering incoming calls and delivering messages in a timely manner. Expected Volume of Incoming Calls: - The expected volume of incoming calls per day is 10-20. Preferred Hours of Operation: - The preferred hours of operation for the service are during business hours. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. - Ability to handle a moderate volume of incoming calls per day. - Strong organizational skills to ensure messages are delivered promptly. - Familiarity with the real estate industry and terminology is a plus. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner. - Take detailed messages and accurately relay them to the appropriate individuals. - Provide exceptional customer service to callers. - Maintain a log of incoming calls and messages. - Assist with any additional administrative tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with clients, other agents, and service providers. 4. Prepare and process real estate documents, contracts, and agreements (will Train) 5. Conduct market research to support pricing strategies. (will Train) 6. Manage and update property databases and client records. 7. Assist in marketing efforts, including social media and online presence. 8. Provide administrative support Qualifications: 1. Fluent in English 2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google, Flyer making 5. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. 6. Knowledge of real estate transactions, Real Estate Software and processes is a plus.
