Redesign and Fix Website (open cart e-commerce site) - repost

We would like to accomplish following with our site [login to view URL] a. Re-design home page to load faster with better and more professional look. Need to consider some of our competitors website to re-design. We also intend to change the Website theme periodically during 4th of July, Christmas and other occasion. The change of theme must be automated so it can be done via admin panel. Redesign product detail page to make it look similar to home page, more professional, load faster and add more product information. b. Events Page with capability of adding photos per event. Open to better ideas to make the page look better so the user can view easily the event information as well as pictures associated with the events. c. We are changing hosting company. We need to transfer our sites (total 3 sites [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL]) from current server to a new godaddy server. Help us re-store emails and other vital information. Make sure the site is up and running normally in new server. Needs to be done on Friday evening to cause minimum interruption. d. Current search function is pretty vague and doesn't work properly. Fix the search function and make sure the product search including advanced search working correctly and accurately. e. Add Meta Keywords, Description and other SEO related things to home page. f. Product detail page SEO URL's apache module mod-rewrite needs to be installed. So the product pages have valid URL that is search engine friendly. g. Cleanup of data base and streamline or fix current product upload process. Currently it is done using csv file. We are open with ideas to make it simpler and easier. This task may or may not be needed if the DB cleanup is done accurately. h. Post development support MUST be provided for 6 months after the last go live date. We need to get most of these tasks done within next 4-6 weeks. NO payment will be released until after the last go live date and everything is working for at least 7 business days in our production server. We require project status report twice a week. ( Tuesday and Friday). Failure to submit report will be considered as violation of terms and condition. Scheduled meeting times must be maintained strictly. Failure to notify in advance or missing meetings will be also treated as violation of terms and condition. There will be no negotiation with the project terms and condition. Submitting bids for this project will be considered as agreeing with the terms and condition listed above.
