opencart 3.x upgrades

I need my current opencart 3.x upgraded with the following items: site location: [login to view URL] Stock status added to items listed in catagories. Blue box with stock status under item pictures. Add selectable pages to top of admin pages. Currently only displays at bottom of page and I would like it listed on top and bottom of the page for customers, sales and inventory. Payment module for ePN processing. We currently us [login to view URL] (AIM), but we are getting timeout errors constantly on payment attempts. Layaway module listed below. In products: Allow admin to add installment payments as an option Allow admin to set down payment in amount or percent Allow admin to set maximum number of payments. Allow user to choose from number of payments Allow admin to set frequency. Monthly, bi-monthly. Allow user to choose from available frequency Model payments for user instantly, by taking the final price - down payment and calculating the payments. Make payments through Credit card payment in checkout. Allow admin to add a special charge per item in dollars or percent. Allow Admin to name the charge. Allow user to log into account and: Make additional payments View balance View/download payment and balance history and interest if any.
