The OpenVPN Access server is sitting in a VPC but I can't seem to pull faster than about 30Mbps from my windows client. Windows Client is connected to a 500Mbps Fibre If I have another window EC2 inside the VPC (no VPN required) I can pull 200Mbps from the same source.
