I have been a Data Entry Specialist for a year and a Virtual Assistant for a year. I had 10 managers that I've worked with as a Virtual Assistant and time management is one my great qualities. I am familiar and comfortable with MS Excel, MS Word, Zendesk, Google Calendar, Google Sheets and Google Docs.
I was also Customer Service/Technical Support representative for four years that provides phone, email and chat support. I eventually became a Team Lead for 2 years and got an Executive Award for providing a great customer client service and Team management. I am a fast learner, can adapt new things easily, can work under pressure and self directed if necessary. I aim excellence and success for every project given, since the success of the company is also my success.
