We are seeking a Jamaican (Male or Female, it doesn't matter) for a part-time customer service agent that can speak perfect American English. The Agent will be handling customer queries via incoming voice calls from multiple accounts * This will be a part-time position, 25 hours per week, so we are seeking a committed professional. * Schedule may vary so flexibility is a must * Opportunities for full-time position. * Must be very professional and punctual. * Training will be paid. Interested applicants MUST meet the following requirements - 1. Ability to speak English fluently. 2. MUST have experience with incoming Live calls and forwarding messages. 3. MUST have DIGICEL high speed internet of at least 15mbps download and 5mbps Upload or equivalent. 4. MUST have a fast and reliable computer with at least 4 to 8 gigs of RAM and a dual core CPU with clock speed 1.9Ghz or higher. 5. MUST be available to work flexible schedule on EST (Eastern Standard Time) 6. MUST own a tablet or laptop and noise canceling call center style headset and have a extremely quiet workspace.
